Getting the goods to Ghana

Ports of discharge are Tema and Takoradi, and you should allow 28 to 38 days on the water from China plus clearance at your end. Quotations are issued FOB or CIF as you prefer, with crate dimensions and gross weights stated so nothing is discovered at the clearing agent. Tema handles most industrial cargo and Takoradi suits the western mining belt, so the discharge port is worth deciding before the quotation is issued, not after.

Kit is supplied ready for the local supply, 230V at 50Hz, with Type D and Type G plugs, with English manuals and markings. Regulated lines require the Ghana Standards Authority conformity assessment required before shipment, and we start that at the order stage rather than after loading.

Shipping, compliance and lead times for Ghana
