Handline Fire Nozzle China
We manufacture handline fire nozzles in our own factory in China and export them in bulk and against tender to municipal fire services, airports, industrial plants and civil defence departments across Africa.
The range covers adjustable jet and spray nozzles, fog and combination nozzles, smooth bore tips, pistol grip and ball shut-off types, selectable gallonage nozzles, automatic constant-pressure nozzles and break-apart assemblies, in 38mm, 65mm and 70mm sizes with the coupling standard your brigade already runs.
The coupling standard is the single most common ordering mistake on this product. A nozzle that will not mate with the hose already in service is worthless, and Storz, instantaneous BS336, NH and NPSH threads are not interchangeable. Tell us which standard your existing hose and hydrants use, or send a photograph of a coupling, and we will match it rather than ship the factory default.
Flow rating has to be read against the pump, not against the specification sheet. A nozzle rated for 500 litres per minute on an appliance whose pump delivers 300 will produce a poor stream and a frustrated crew. Where the pump capacity is stated on the enquiry we size the nozzle to it.
Hard-anodised aluminium suits most municipal work and keeps weight down for a firefighter holding the line; brass lasts longer in salt air and heavy industrial use.
Fire services and industrial sites in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Zambia account for most demand. Nozzles ship with spare seals, washers and a parts list, with the coupling standard confirmed in writing on the quotation.
