Clamps
We supply clamps in production quantities to tool distributors, furniture and joinery manufacturers and industrial buyers across South America, shipping through Santos, Callao, Buenos Aires and Cartagena.
The range covers F clamps and bar clamps in working lengths from 150 millimetres up to a metre and a half, G clamps and C clamps in the full span of throat depths, quick release trigger clamps for one-handed work, spring clamps, corner and mitre clamps for frame assembly, pipe clamps that take standard threaded pipe, toggle clamps for jigs and fixtures, and heavy bench and vice clamps for fabrication shops.
Capacity and frame stiffness are what separate a working clamp from a decorative one. A bar clamp with a thin rail flexes under load and releases the joint just as the glue sets, so our bars are specified by section and steel grade rather than by nominal length. Castings are malleable iron or ductile iron depending on the duty, screws are acme threaded for smooth travel under load, and swivel pads are fitted so pressure lands flat on the workpiece instead of marking it.
Woodworking and furniture manufacture drive most of the volume we ship into the region, particularly in Brazil, Chile and Colombia, and those buyers order in sets rather than singles because an assembly bench needs six or eight clamps working together. Metal fabrication and welding shops order differently again, wanting higher clamping force, heat-tolerant pads and locking action rather than screw pressure. Tell us which of the two you are supplying and the quotation is built accordingly.
Packing runs from printed sleeves and hang tags for retail distribution through to bulk cartons for industrial supply and vocational training contracts. Private label is available at volume, including branded castings where the order justifies the tooling.
Quotations are FOB from the loading port or CIF to your named port, with HS classification settled before the quotation is issued so the consignment is not held while the classification is argued at your end. Crating is sized for the sea transit, and clamps consolidate well with other workshop lines in a mixed container.
