Catalogue
We manufacture tillage implements for tractor-powered land preparation and export them in bulk and against tender to mechanisation schemes, cooperatives and commercial farms across Africa.
The range covers mouldboard and disc ploughs, offset and trailed disc harrows, chisel ploughs and subsoilers, rotary tillers and power harrows, cultivators and tine harrows, land levellers and graders, ridgers and bund formers, and the shares, discs, tines and bearings they consume.
Implement width must be matched to available drawbar power, not to the field size. An implement one size too wide works acceptably in soft soil and then slips, stalls or breaks when conditions harden, and the damage shows up in the tractor transmission rather than the implement. We quote implements against a stated tractor horsepower and will say when the combination is wrong.
Soil type decides the implement rather than preference. Disc implements cut through residue and work in hard dry ground; mouldboard ploughs invert soil fully and suit heavier moist soils; subsoilers break compaction pans at depth without inverting. Where a scheme covers several soil types the sensible order is a mixed set rather than a single implement repeated.
Wear parts are the budget line most often forgotten. Discs, shares and tines are consumables, and a scheme operating without a stock of them loses weeks waiting for a shipment mid-season.
Agriculture ministries, mechanisation centres and commercial farms in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and Mozambique make up most enquiries. Implements ship with hardware, manuals, parts lists and a first-season wear part package.
