Wheel Loader

We supply wheel loaders to quarries, mining operations, ports, agribusiness and construction contractors across South America, from compact yard machines to large production loaders.

The range covers loaders from 1 to 8 cubic metre bucket capacity, with general purpose, rock, light material and high tip buckets, plus pallet forks, log grapples and snow and material handling attachments.

Bucket sizing is a loading-cycle calculation, not a preference. The loader and the truck it feeds should be matched so a full truck takes a whole number of passes, typically three to five. A loader too small adds passes and lengthens every cycle; one too large wastes capital and overloads the truck on the final pass. Tell us the truck capacity and the material density and we will size the bucket to it.

Material density is the part buyers forget. A bucket sized for gravel is overloaded in wet ore or iron-rich material, which stresses the front axle and the boom, so the specification should start from what is actually being loaded.

Aggregate and quarry work in Brazil and Colombia, mining support in Chile and Peru, and grain and port handling across the region make up most of what we supply. Machines are quoted FOB or CIF with shipping dimensions stated, and ship with manuals, a spare parts list and the service schedule. Operator training is available where a fleet is new to the machine class.
