Rotary Rack Ovens China

We manufacture rotary rack ovens in our own factory in China and export them to industrial bakeries, bread plants, supermarket in-store bakeries and catering operations across Africa, supplied as single units or in plant quantities.

The range covers single and double rack ovens, gas, diesel and electric firing, direct and indirect heating, steam injection systems, 16, 18 and 20 tray capacities, trolleys and trays, and the extraction hoods and steam condensers that go with them.

A rotary rack oven is bought for evenness. A whole trolley of bread rotates through the heat so every tray sees the same conditions, which is what lets a bakery produce a consistent loaf hour after hour rather than sorting the dark ones out of the back row. For any bakery past a few hundred loaves a day it is the obvious step up from deck ovens.

Fuel should be chosen on supply reliability rather than efficiency. A diesel-fired oven keeps baking through a power cut, which in many markets is the difference between a bakery that trades every day and one that does not. Where grid supply is dependable, electric is cleaner and easier to control.

Steam injection is what gives crusty bread its crust and its shine, and a system that produces steam slowly cannot do it. Trolley and tray quantity is usually under-ordered; a second trolley roughly doubles practical throughput.

Bakeries in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Zambia account for most demand, supplied with trolleys, trays, manuals and a spare parts package.
