For buyers in Vietnam the usual routing is Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai) and Cai Mep, and the sea leg runs 4 to 10 days from Chinese ports. Whether you take the goods FOB and use your own forwarder or ask us to quote CIF to your port, the packing list, crate dimensions and gross weights are confirmed on the quotation before you commit.

Electrical equipment is set for Vietnam at the build stage rather than adapted afterwards — 220V / 50Hz, Type A, Type C and Type F plugs — and manuals and control markings are supplied in English. Where the goods are regulated we arrange the QCVN conformity declaration and CR marking required for regulated goods, which is the step that most often delays a first shipment when it is left until the container has sailed.
