Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or an agency the buyer names can be written into the supply terms.

Freight, ports and compliance

Ports of discharge are Beira or Durban, with onward road haulage to Harare, and you should allow 30 to 42 days including the road leg on the water from China plus clearance at your end. Quotations are issued FOB or CIF as you prefer, with crate dimensions and gross weights stated so nothing is discovered at the clearing agent. Cargo without a CBCA certificate is penalised on arrival, so it is arranged as part of the order rather than left to the clearing agent.

Machines are wired for the local supply before they leave the works, at 240V at 50Hz, with Type D and Type G plugs, with English manuals and panel markings as standard. For regulated goods we arrange CBCA certification, which has to be issued before the goods are shipped.
