Where the award requires phased delivery, that programme is stated on the proforma invoice from the start.

Consignments discharge at Mombasa or Dar es Salaam, with onward road haulage to Kampala, and the sea leg runs 28 to 38 days including the road leg from Chinese ports. You can take the goods FOB and appoint your own forwarder, or have us quote CIF to a named port; either way the packing list, crate dimensions and gross weights are confirmed on the quotation before you commit. The corridor leg adds a week or more and a transit bond, so we quote the inland cost openly instead of leaving it as a surprise at the border.

Equipment leaves the factory set for the local mains, 240V at 50Hz, with Type G plugs, and manuals and control labels are provided in English. Regulated products are covered by PVoC inspection and the UNBS certificate of conformity issued before shipment.
