We quote FOB from the loading port or CIF to your port of discharge, and the crate sizes, gross weights and container fill are set out in writing so your forwarder can plan the inland leg before the vessel berths. Buyers here are usually working to a fixed berth window at Apapa or Tin Can, so we plan the loading date backwards from the vessel rather than forwards from the order.
Voltage and frequency are set at the build stage, 230V at 50Hz, with Type D and Type G plugs, and documentation and control markings are in English throughout. Where the product falls under import regulation we arrange SONCAP certification, which is issued against the product certificate before the container is loaded.
