Crane

We supply cranes to construction contractors, ports, industrial plants and energy projects across South America, in mobile, crawler, tower and truck mounted configurations.

The range covers truck mounted cranes from 8 to 130 tonnes, rough terrain cranes for site work, all terrain cranes for road travel between sites, crawler cranes for sustained heavy lifting, tower cranes for building construction, and pick and carry cranes for yard use.

Capacity ratings are the most misread figure in this category. A crane described as 50 tonnes lifts that only at minimum radius with the boom fully retracted, and the working capacity at the radius and height you actually need is a fraction of it. The load chart, not the headline rating, is the specification, and we will work through it with you against the heaviest lift on your project rather than selling to a number.

Ground bearing pressure is the other constraint. Outrigger loads concentrate enormous force into a small area, and sites without adequate mats or prepared bases have dropped cranes. That should be planned before the machine arrives.

Construction, port handling, mining and wind energy projects across Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia make up most of the demand. Machines ship with load charts, manuals, operating instructions and a spare parts list, and periodic inspection requirements in the destination country should be confirmed at the quotation stage.
