Torque Wrench

We supply torque wrenches in production quantities to industrial distributors, vehicle workshops and maintenance contractors across South America.

The range covers click type torque wrenches in quarter, three eighths, half and three quarter inch drives, beam type wrenches, dial indicating wrenches, and digital torque wrenches with peak and track modes. Capacities run from five to a thousand newton metres, with dual scale marking in newton metres and foot pounds.

Calibration is the product. A torque wrench that has never been checked against a reference is an expensive spanner, so ours are supplied with the accuracy tolerance stating the tested accuracy, normally within four per cent clockwise, and traceability to the reference standard used. Buyers supplying vehicle assembly, mining maintenance or energy contracts are usually required to show that certificate during audit, and a bid without it is set aside.

Volume into Brazil, Chile, Peru and Argentina comes from automotive servicing, mining plant maintenance and pipeline and energy work, where bolted joints are torqued to a written procedure. Those buyers order to a capacity range rather than a model, so tell us the torque band and the drive size and the quotation is built around them.

Wrenches ship in blow moulded cases with the accuracy tolerance and reset instructions enclosed. Private label is available at volume. Quotations are FOB or CIF, and recalibration intervals and service guidance are supplied with the consignment.
