Army Military Ceremonial Dress Accessories

We manufacture ceremonial dress accessories for defence, police and presidential guard units across South America, produced to the pattern and heraldry of the service concerned.

The range covers aiguillettes and shoulder cords, sashes and waist belts, ceremonial sword belts and frogs, gauntlets and white gloves, plumes and helmet fittings, epaulettes and shoulder boards, medals, ribbons and mounting bars, cap badges and collar devices, drum cords and band accessories, and pace sticks and canes.

Ceremonial work is exacting in a way that field kit is not. These items carry service heraldry with a defined pattern, and an approximation is visible at ten paces on a parade ground. We produce from supplied artwork or from a physical sample, and always make a pre-production piece for written approval, because no amount of production quality compensates for a braid pattern that is not the regiment's braid pattern.

Metal thread, bullion and lace work are produced by hand for the higher grades, and the specification should state whether hand or machine work is required. The two look different, cost differently, and are not interchangeable in a formal order of dress.

Quantities in this category are usually small and the standard required is high, which suits a contract run rather than a stock purchase. Marking, individual boxing and unit issue packing are done to the contract, with pre-dispatch photographs for approval before shipment.
