Army Military Caps and Hats

We manufacture military and police headwear in bulk for defence and police procurement across South America, produced to contract specification and quoted by the production run.

The range covers patrol and field caps, peaked service caps, berets in wool and acrylic, boonie and bush hats, watch caps, riot and traffic police headwear, and the badges, cords and insignia fitted to them.

Headwear carries the insignia, which makes it the most visible item in a uniform contract and the one where a colour mismatch is noticed immediately. Fabric is dyed to the approved shade and matched against the rest of the uniform order rather than produced separately, because a cap in a slightly different green from the tunic it is worn with will be rejected even though both are within their own tolerance.

Berets in particular need attention. Wool quality and the shaping process decide whether a beret holds its form or slumps after a week, and formed berets supplied ready to wear save the receiving unit a great deal of work.

Sizing is produced to the contract size roll, with a pre-production sample approved before the bulk run. Badge fitting, embroidery and unit marking are done to the specification supplied.

Supply is to authorised buyers with the documentation the destination requires. Pre-dispatch inspection and phased delivery against the contract schedule are provided as standard.
