Meat Processing Machines

We supply meat processing machines to abattoirs, processors and contract manufacturers across South America, shipping through Buenos Aires, Santos and Montevideo.

The range covers bandsaws and cutting equipment, mincers and grinders, bowl cutters, mixers and tumblers, brine injectors, emulsifiers, sausage fillers and clippers, patty forming machines, smoking and cooking chambers, slicers, and vacuum packing and tray sealing equipment.

Hygiene design is not optional on this product line and it is where cheap equipment is exposed. Welds have to be ground and polished rather than left as beads, corners radiused, and every part that touches product removable for cleaning without tools. A machine that cannot be stripped and washed properly will fail an inspection regardless of what it does when it is running, and in an export-approved plant that closes the line.

Beef and poultry processing in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay makes up most of what we ship into the region, and a large share of those plants are producing for export, which means the equipment has to satisfy the importing country's standard as well as the local one. Tell us which market the plant is approved for and the specification is written to it.

Contact parts are 304 or 316 stainless as the application requires. Voltage and frequency are set before build, and lines are quoted with layout, utility demand, commissioning and operator training.
