Plant Protection Equipment

We manufacture plant protection equipment and export it in bulk and against tender to plantations, cooperatives, agriculture departments and crop protection programmes across South Asia.

The range covers knapsack and backpack sprayers in manual and battery form, motorised mist blowers, power sprayers and HTP units, tractor-mounted boom sprayers, orchard and plantation sprayers, dusters and granule applicators, and the nozzles, lances, hoses, diaphragms and seals they consume. Nozzle selection does more for spray performance than pump pressure. Droplet size decides coverage and drift: coarse droplets reach the target in wind but cover leaf surfaces poorly, fine droplets cover well and drift off target. Supplying the right nozzle set for the crop and the application is a small cost that changes the result, so we quote nozzle sets with the sprayer rather than leaving it open.

Operator protection belongs in the same order. A sprayer supplied without gloves, face protection and overalls is an exposure risk, and on public programmes it is a procurement failure. We will include protective equipment in the quotation on request.

Calibration should be done at the destination against the actual walking or driving speed, and we supply calibration instructions in the manual rather than assuming a nominal figure.
