Concrete Pump Truck

We supply truck mounted concrete pumps to ready-mix suppliers, construction contractors and infrastructure projects across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland into Nepal.

The range covers boom pumps with placing booms from 21 to 56 metres, truck mounted line pumps, trailer and stationary pumps for high rise and tunnel work, and the pipeline, clamps and wear parts that go with them.

Boom length is chosen from the site, not the building. What matters is where the truck can legally and safely stand and how far it must reach from there, including over obstacles. A 37 metre boom that can set up close often outperforms a 52 metre machine that cannot get near the pour, and it costs considerably less to buy and run.

Concrete mix design has to suit pumping. A harsh mix with poor fines content will block a line regardless of the pump, and blockages damage equipment and waste loads. Where a contractor is new to pumping, that conversation is worth having before the machine is ordered.

Wear parts are consumables on this machine. Pistons, wear plates, cutting rings and delivery pipes all wear against abrasive concrete, and a pump without a parts supply line stops. We quote them with the machine.

High rise construction and infrastructure work in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal account for most demand. Letters of credit are accepted on larger orders, and machines ship with manuals, parts lists and operator training.
