Military Belt

We manufacture military and police belts in bulk for defence and police procurement across South America, produced to the contract specification and quoted by the production run.

The range covers duty belts in leather and nylon webbing, inner and outer belt systems with hook and loop retention, tactical riggers belts rated for load, ceremonial and dress belts with plate buckles, web belts with frame or open face buckles, and the keepers, retainers and buckle plates that go with a service pattern.

Duty belts carry weight and that is the whole specification. A belt supporting a holster, magazines, radio, cuffs and torch needs stiffening through its width or it rolls and sags, which is uncomfortable within an hour and unserviceable within a year. An inner and outer belt system solves it properly and is worth specifying rather than defaulting to a single belt.

Buckle plates carry service insignia and are cast or stamped to supplied artwork, with a physical sample approved before the bulk run since these are a visible part of the uniform.

Sizing is produced against the contract size roll. Belts are low value and high quantity, which makes them worth consolidating into the main uniform consignment rather than ordering separately.

Pre-dispatch inspection photographs are provided before loading, and supply is to authorised buyers with the documentation the destination requires.
