Milk Processing Equipments
We supply milk processing equipment as individual machines to dairies, cooperatives and collection centres across Africa, for buyers building capacity in stages rather than commissioning a whole plant at once.
The range covers bulk milk coolers from 500 to 10,000 litres, reception and weighing units, filters and clarifiers, cream separators, homogenisers, plate and tubular pasteurisers, storage and balance tanks, fermentation and yoghurt tanks, CIP units, and pouch, bottle and sachet filling machines.
Buying in stages only works if the pieces will eventually join up. A cooler bought this year and a pasteuriser bought next year have to match on throughput and on connection size, or the second purchase forces the first to be replaced. Tell us the end capacity you are working towards and each machine is specified against that, so the plant assembles rather than accumulates.
Cooperative dairies in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia make up most of the demand, often buying a cooler first to stop losses at collection, then adding pasteurising and packing as volumes justify it. That sequence is usually the right one, because chilling saves milk immediately while processing only adds value to milk that survived the journey.
All product contact is food grade stainless with hygienic welding and CIP connections. Voltage and frequency are set for the site before build, and every machine ships with drawings, a manual and a spare parts list. Power supply is worth confirming at the quotation stage where a collection centre runs on generator or solar.
