Concrete Mixer Truck

We supply concrete mixer trucks to ready-mix producers, contractors and infrastructure projects across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland into Nepal.

The range covers truck mixers from 3 to 14 cubic metres on a range of chassis, self-loading mixers that batch and mix on site, and mixer pumps combining both functions for smaller pours.

Drum capacity should be matched to the roads, not the batching plant. A 12 cubic metre mixer is efficient on a highway project and useless on narrow urban or hill roads where it cannot turn or where axle loads exceed what the bridges allow. Across much of Nepal and rural Bangladesh a fleet of smaller mixers delivers more concrete per day than a few large ones that cannot reach the site.

Self-loading mixers deserve consideration where there is no batching plant within a workable haul distance. They batch, mix, transport and discharge from one machine, which suits remote projects; they are not a substitute for a plant on volume work, but they open up sites that ready-mix cannot serve.

Water systems and drum wear matter over the life of the truck. Drum blades wear against aggregate and lose mixing efficiency long before they look worn out, and replacement blades should be part of the parts plan.

Letters of credit are accepted on larger orders. Trucks ship with manuals, parts lists and service schedules.
