We supply municipal and special purpose vehicles to city councils, county governments, utilities and public works departments across Africa.

The range covers refuse compactor trucks, skip and hook loaders, road sweepers in mechanical and vacuum types, water tankers and bowsers, sewer jetting and vacuum tankers, tipper trucks, recovery and tow trucks, mobile workshops, and cesspit emptiers.

Refuse vehicles need specifying against the collection system rather than the tonnage. Where waste is collected from standard bins, a compactor with a bin lift works; where it is collected from open piles or communal points, a lift is useless and a skip or tipper arrangement collects far more per shift. Buying compactors with bin lifts for a city that has no standard bins is a common and expensive mistake, and we will raise it before quoting.

Body material matters for sewer and water vehicles. Steel tanks corrode quickly on effluent duty; stainless or lined tanks cost more initially and last several times longer, which for a council buying every ten years is the cheaper option.

Serviceability should drive the chassis choice. A vehicle on a chassis with local dealer support stays working; one on an unsupported chassis becomes a yard ornament regardless of the body quality.
