Woodworking and Carpenter Tools
We manufacture woodworking and carpentry tools in production quantities for distributors, furniture manufacturers and training institutions across South America.
The range covers hand saws, tenon and coping saws, bow saws, wood chisels and gouges, bench and block planes, spokeshaves, marking and mortise gauges, try squares and combination squares, mallets, rasps and wood files, bar and sash clamps, and carpenter's tool sets assembled to a contents list.
Edge tools live or die on the steel. Chisels and plane irons are made from high carbon steel, hardened and ground so they take an edge and hold it through hardwood rather than folding on the first pass. That matters in this region specifically, because much of the furniture and joinery work is in dense tropical hardwoods that will find out a soft blade within an hour.
Furniture manufacture in Brazil and Colombia, joinery and construction across Peru and Chile, and technical training programmes throughout the region account for the volume. Training institutes buy sets against tender with fixed contents and marked storage; manufacturers buy individual lines in bulk and reorder as tools wear.
Packing runs from printed sleeves and hang cards for retail through to canvas rolls and cases for sets and bulk cartons for production supply. Private label is available at volume, and quotations are FOB or CIF with HS classification settled before issue.
