Can Filling Machine

It includes rotary and linear can fillers for liquids, pastes and solids in brine or oil, piston and volumetric fillers, can rinsers, steam flow closing, single and double head seamers, retort and sterilising equipment, can coders and labellers, and case packing.

The seam is the product. A can with a poorly formed double seam is not a shorter shelf life, it is a failed can, and a seamer that cannot be checked and adjusted properly will spoil an entire production run before anyone notices. We supply seamers with the tooling matched to your can and end specification, and we would rather see can and end samples before the machine is built than fit tooling on arrival.

Tomato paste, fish, fruit, vegetables and beverages account for most of the canning we supply into Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, Egypt and South Africa, much of it by processors moving from imported finished product to local packing.

Retort and sterilisation have to be matched to the product and the can size, and the process schedule is not something to improvise. We quote the retort with the line and provide the operating parameters for the products agreed, with commissioning, drawings, manuals and a spare parts list on shipment.
