Screw Drivers

We manufacture screwdrivers in bulk for hardware distributors, electrical contractors, vocational programmes and tender buyers across Africa.

The range covers slotted and Phillips drivers in the full length and blade range, Pozidriv and torx patterns, precision drivers for electronics and instrument work, stubby drivers, insulated VDE drivers tested to 1000V, impact drivers, and sets from six to thirty-eight pieces in racks, pouches or cases. Screwdriver and bit combination sets are supplied where a buyer wants one item covering both.

The tip is the whole tool. Blades are made from chrome vanadium steel, hardened and precision ground so the tip fits the screw recess squarely instead of camming out and chewing the head. A driver that rounds a screw slot on the first use costs the end customer more than the tool, and distributors hear about it. Handles are moulded in tri-lobular or bi-material patterns for grip in hot conditions where hands are wet or oily.

Electrification programmes, building contractors and technical colleges across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and Ethiopia account for most of the volume. Insulated sets sell against electrical specifications and are supplied with their test documentation, which a utility tender will normally require at technical evaluation.

Packing runs from hang cards and printed sleeves for retail to bulk cartons and institutional sets. Private label is standard at volume, with your own brand on the tool, the carton and the packaging.
