Overrun is the number that decides the economics. It is the air incorporated during freezing, and it determines how many litres of product come out of a given volume of mix, so a continuous freezer with controlled overrun pays for itself against a batch machine in a business selling on price. That is the calculation worth doing before choosing between them, and we will run it with you rather than simply quoting what was asked for.

Stick novelties and cups dominate the market across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, sold through a distribution network that depends on the cold chain holding. A manufacturer without hardening and storage capacity matched to production will lose product in distribution, so those are quoted with the line rather than separately.

Power supply reliability is worth raising at quotation stage, since a hardening tunnel that loses power mid-cycle costs a batch. Letters of credit are accepted on larger orders, and lines ship with drawings, manuals, spares and commissioning support.
