Sockets and Bits

We supply sockets and bits in bulk to tool distributors, workshops and institutional buyers across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland to Nepal.

The range covers six point and twelve point sockets in quarter, three eighths, half and three quarter inch drives, shallow and deep patterns, impact sockets in black phosphate finish, universal joints, extension bars, ratchets, T-bars and complete socket sets from twenty-four to two hundred and fifteen pieces. Screwdriver bits, nut setters and bit holders are supplied alongside in slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, torx and hex patterns.

Wall thickness and drive tolerance are what separate a socket that lasts from one that splits. Chrome vanadium is used for hand sockets and chrome molybdenum for impact, because a chrome vanadium socket on an impact gun shatters rather than deforms, and that is a safety issue as much as a durability one. We state the steel by application rather than describing everything as chrome vanadium.

Demand across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal comes from vehicle and generator maintenance, garment machinery servicing and the technical training sector, where sets are bought against tender with fixed contents and a specified case. Letters of credit are the usual instrument on larger orders and are accepted.

Packing runs from blow moulded cases and metal boxes for sets through to bulk cartons for loose sizes. Private label is available at volume, with your brand applied to the product and the packaging.
