Pliers

We manufacture pliers in production quantities for tool distributors, electrical contractors and industrial buyers across South America, shipping through Santos, Callao and Buenos Aires.

The range covers combination pliers, long nose and bent nose pliers, slip joint and water pump pliers, locking pliers in curved and straight jaw, circlip pliers for internal and external rings, crimping pliers and electrician's pliers insulated to 1000V. Sizes run from 125 to 250 millimetres in the fast-moving lines.

Joint quality is what a buyer judges on the counter. A riveted joint that works loose after a month leaves the jaws misaligned and the tool useless, so ours are machined and set rather than pressed, and the jaws are induction hardened at the cutting edge while the body keeps its toughness. Handles are dipped, moulded or fully insulated, and insulated tools are supplied with the test documentation that electrical contracts and utility tenders ask for at technical evaluation.

Most volume into Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru goes to electrical distribution and maintenance work, where insulated sets sell against a specification, and to general hardware retail, where the combination and long nose sizes turn over continuously. Packing follows the channel: printed sleeves and hang cards for retail, bulk cartons for contractor and institutional supply.

Private label is standard at volume. Quotations are FOB or CIF with HS classification settled before issue, and pliers consolidate into mixed containers with cutters and other workshop lines on one bill of lading.
