Military Jacket

We manufacture military and police outerwear in bulk for defence, police and border force procurement across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland into Nepal.

The range covers field and combat jackets, softshell and fleece layers, waterproof and windproof shells, insulated parkas and extreme cold weather clothing, high altitude jackets, reversible jackets, raincoats and ponchos, and traffic and high visibility jackets for police use.

Climate range is the defining requirement in this region and it is wider than most suppliers assume. A Nepalese unit may operate from lowland heat to high altitude cold within one deployment, which calls for a layering system rather than a single jacket, while coastal Bangladesh and Sri Lanka need monsoon-grade waterproofing with breathability or the wearer is as wet inside as out.

Waterproof rating should be stated in the specification rather than described. Hydrostatic head and breathability figures are measurable, and a jacket described as waterproof without them usually is not after a season.

Camouflage patterns and service colours are printed or dyed to supplied artwork, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk. Sizing follows the contract size roll, with the block adjusted for regional fit where required.

Letters of credit are accepted on larger contracts. Pre-dispatch inspection photographs are provided before loading, and phased delivery is written into the proforma invoice where a contract runs across seasons.
