Food Processing Line Machines

This range covers the individual machines that make up a processing line, supplied to factories across Africa either as single units to extend an existing line or as a set specified to work together.

It includes conveyors in belt, roller, screw and bucket configuration, elevators and hoppers, washers, sorting and inspection tables, cutting and dicing machines, blanchers, cookers and kettles, mixers and blenders, pasteurisers, coolers, dryers, weighing and dosing systems, metal detectors and checkweighers.

Most buyers come to this range for one of two reasons. Either a bottleneck has appeared in a line that is otherwise working, in which case the replacement machine has to match the capacity and the discharge height of what sits either side of it, or the plant is being built up in stages as budget allows. Both need the same information from you: what feeds the machine, what it feeds into, and at what rate. Supplied without that, a machine that is fine in isolation becomes a new bottleneck.

Enquiries from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt and South Africa cover a wide range of products, so machines are specified against the material being handled rather than sold from a standard list. Contact parts are 304 stainless as standard and 316 where the product is acidic or salted.

Voltage, phase and frequency are set for the site before build. Every machine ships with drawings, a manual and a spare parts list, and spares are held against the original build for reorders.
