Snacks Making Machine

We supply snack production machinery to manufacturers across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland into Nepal.

The range covers extruders for puffed and fried snacks, dough mixers and sheeters, cutting and forming equipment, batch and continuous fryers with oil filtration, de-oiling centrifuges, seasoning drums and sprayers, cooling conveyors, and weighing and packing equipment for the finished product. Lines are quoted from a hundred kilograms to a tonne per hour.

Oil management decides both the product quality and the running cost. A fryer without continuous filtration degrades the oil quickly, which shows up as off flavour and dark colour within a shift and costs far more over a year than the filtration would have. We quote fryers with filtration as standard rather than as an upgrade, and size the oil volume against throughput rather than against the tank that happens to fit.

Extruded snacks, fried pellet snacks, namkeen style mixtures and chips make up most of the production we supply into Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, largely for domestic brands competing on price, which makes yield and oil cost the deciding factors rather than headline capacity.

Lines include layout drawings, utility schedules, commissioning and operator training. Letters of credit are accepted on larger orders, and food contact parts are stainless throughout with the cleaning design your inspectorate requires.
