Military Backpack

We manufacture military and police packs in bulk for defence ministries, police services and authorised procurement across Africa.

The range covers assault packs from 20 to 40 litres, patrol packs at 45 to 65 litres, long range rucksacks above 65 litres with internal or external frames, day sacks, medical and radio packs, hydration carriers, kit and duffel bags, and the MOLLE pouches and straps that attach to them.

Stitching and hardware are where packs fail, not fabric. A seam at the shoulder strap junction that is bar tacked and reinforced survives; one that is straight stitched tears out under load within months, and it always fails loaded and in the field. We specify thread type, stitch density and bar tacking at the stress points, and use metal or reinforced polymer hardware rather than the light buckles that look identical in a photograph.

Fabric weight and coating matter for the climate. A polyester or Cordura pack with a PU coating that breaks down in sustained heat and humidity will delaminate, so the coating specification should be stated rather than left to the manufacturer's discretion.

Camouflage and colourways are produced to the contract artwork with a pre-production sample approved before bulk. Unit marking and issue packing follow the contract, with pre-dispatch inspection photographs before loading and the full tender file for public procurement.
