Multi-Function Asphalt Paver

We supply asphalt pavers to road contractors and public works authorities across South America, in tracked and wheeled configurations with paving widths from 2.5 to 9 metres.

The range covers tracked pavers for main road work, wheeled pavers for urban and maintenance work where mobility between sites matters, mini pavers for footways and confined areas, and screeds in fixed and hydraulically extending configurations with electric or gas heating.

The screed makes the mat. Everything ahead of it simply delivers material at a consistent rate; the screed determines thickness, texture and initial density, and a paver with a poorly maintained or badly set screed produces a surface that no amount of rolling will rescue. Heating type matters: electric screeds heat evenly and are easier to manage, gas heats faster but needs more operator attention.

Consistency of supply to the paver is the other half. Stop-start feeding from trucks causes thermal segregation and shows up as premature failure in bands across the road, so a material transfer vehicle or a properly organised haulage cycle is worth planning alongside the machine purchase.

Highway rehabilitation and urban road programmes in Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Chile account for most demand, much of it contracted with specified paving widths. Machines are quoted FOB or CIF with shipping dimensions stated, and ship with manuals, spare parts lists, screed plates and a service schedule. Operator and screed-setting training is available with delivery.
