Spanners and Wrenches

We manufacture spanners and wrenches in bulk for hardware distributors, workshops, mining suppliers and tender buyers across Africa, quoted by the production run or the container.

The range covers combination spanners, double open end and double ring spanners, ratchet ring spanners, adjustable wrenches from six to twenty-four inches, pipe wrenches in Stillson and chain pattern, and complete spanner sets in metric and imperial from eight to thirty-two millimetres.

Jaw accuracy decides whether a spanner works or rounds off the nut. Ours are drop forged from chrome vanadium steel, heat treated and machined so the jaw opening holds tolerance under load rather than spreading on the first tight fastener. Finishes are chrome plated or phosphate depending on the market and the price point, and both the steel grade and the hardness are stated on the quotation rather than left to a photograph.

Mining, transport maintenance and construction drive most of the volume we ship into Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa. Fleet and plant workshops buy to a specification with set contents fixed, while hardware distributors reorder the common sizes continuously in bulk cartons.

Private label is available at volume, with the brand marked on the spanner and printed on the packaging. For tenders we issue manufacturer's authorisation, country of origin declaration and a compliance statement against the bill of quantities.
