Catalogue
We manufacture industrial washing equipment and export it in bulk and against tender to meat and fish processors, dairies, beverage plants, bakeries and logistics operations across Africa.
The range covers crate and tray washers in single and twin lane formats, pallet washers, bin and tote washers, drum and container washing systems, bottle and jar rinsers, tunnel washers with pre-wash, wash, rinse and blow-off zones, and the pumps, nozzles and filters they use.
Washing is a function of temperature, chemistry, mechanical force and time together, and weakening one means strengthening another. A washer run cool to save energy needs more detergent or a slower belt to achieve the same result, and a plant that quietly reduces all four at once gets crates that look clean and are not. The specification should state the wash result required, and the machine is built backwards from that.
Water recirculation is what makes these machines affordable to run on a site with limited supply. A tunnel washer with cascade recirculation uses a fraction of the fresh water of a single-pass machine, with only the final rinse drawn clean.
Blow-off at the exit matters more than buyers expect. Crates stacked wet grow biofilm between washes, which undoes the wash entirely.
Lane width should be set from the largest crate in circulation, not the commonest one, since a fleet almost always contains two or three sizes and the odd ones jam a tunnel built to the average.
Processors, dairies and logistics operators in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia and Tanzania make up most demand, quoted with water and effluent figures.
