Horizontal Cup Fill Seal Machines

We manufacture inline horizontal cup filling and sealing machines and export them in bulk to dairies, juice producers, dessert makers, catering suppliers and small food processors across Africa.

The range covers linear inline cup fillers in single and multi-lane formats, manual, semi-automatic and automatic models, volumetric and piston fillers, foil sealing heads, cup and lid denesters, and the change parts for each cup size.

An inline machine runs slower than a rotary and is much easier to live with. The cups travel in a straight line through fill and seal stations, the mechanism is simple, format changes are quicker, and a plant filling several different cups in a week loses far less time than it would on a rotary. For a producer whose output is varied rather than enormous, this is usually the better machine despite the lower rated speed.

It is also the realistic entry point. A small dairy or juice producer moving from hand filling gets a sealed, coded, retail-ready pack without the capital or the technical support a rotary line requires, and can step up later when one product justifies it.

Filling accuracy on volumetric heads drifts with product temperature and viscosity, so the fill should be checked at the start of each run rather than trusted from the last one.

Dairies and juice producers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda account for most demand, supplied with change parts, spares and training.
