Municipal work is tendered and specified; retail moves seasonally and needs retail-ready packing with printed sleeves or hang cards.

Private label is standard at volume, covering the tool, the sleeve and the outer carton. Tender documentation is prepared with the quotation, and garden tools consolidate into mixed containers with farm and hand tools.
