Catalogue
We manufacture relief kitchen sets and export them by the container to aid agencies, refugee operations, resettlement programmes and government relief departments across Africa.
The range covers family kitchen sets packed to an agreed inventory: cooking pots with lids in nested sizes, a frying pan, serving and eating bowls, plates, mugs, cutlery sets, a cooking spoon and ladle, a kitchen knife, and a water container, in stainless steel or aluminium, packed in a drawstring bag or carton.
These are specified by household size and the specification is the product. A set built for a family of five is a different inventory from one built for seven, and an agency that distributes the wrong set either leaves people short or wastes budget on items that are not used. Send the inventory your programme has agreed and we pack to it exactly, piece for piece.
Material choice follows the cooking fuel. Aluminium is lighter and cheaper and suits most settings; stainless steel lasts far longer over open wood fires and in households where the set will be the only cookware for years rather than months. For protracted displacement the steel set is the better value even though it costs more at the point of purchase.
Packing format matters at distribution. A set in a single sealed bag is counted and handed over in seconds; loose items are not.
Operations across Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Chad, Nigeria, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo make up most demand.
