We manufacture and supply bakery accessories and export them in bulk to bakeries, bread plants, supermarket bakeries, catering operations and bakery distributors across Africa.

The range covers baking trays and perforated trays, bread pans and strapped pan sets, cooling racks and trolleys, proving baskets and couches, dough scrapers and cutters, scales, piping sets, silicone mats and baking paper, moulds and tins, and the trolley and tray systems that tie an oven to a proofer.

Trays and trolleys have to match the oven they will be used in, and this is where a new bakery most often trips up. Tray dimensions, trolley pitch and rail spacing vary between makers, and trays bought separately from the oven frequently do not fit, or fit so tightly that a loaded tray cannot be withdrawn. Send the oven make and model with the enquiry, or buy the trays with the oven.

Tray coating decides release and life. An uncoated steel tray needs greasing for every bake and rusts where the coating would have been; a silicone-coated tray releases cleanly for thousands of cycles and costs a little more once.

Pan strapping is worth it at volume, since a strapped set of pans is handled as one unit through filling, proving and baking.

Accessories are consumables and are quoted by the carton, pallet or container rather than by the piece.
