Agriculture Harvesting Machine

We manufacture agricultural harvesting machines and export them to commercial farms, cooperatives and mechanisation programmes across Africa, in bulk and against tender, with single machines supplied where the harvester is capital equipment.

The range covers combine harvesters for wheat, rice and maize, track and wheeled rice combines for wet fields, maize harvesters and corn pickers, forage harvesters, groundnut and potato harvesters, sugarcane harvesting equipment, and the belts, blades, sieves and bearings they consume.

Harvest loss is where the money is, not machine price. A combine losing eight per cent of the crop through poor threshing and cleaning settings costs more in one season than the price difference between machine classes. Settings are crop-specific and moisture-specific, which is why we send a commissioning engineer and train operators on the actual crop rather than handing over a manual.

Field conditions decide the configuration. Wet paddy demands tracks rather than wheels because a wheeled machine sinks and compacts; dry cereal fields do not justify the extra cost of tracks. Field size matters too, since a large header is unproductive in small irregular plots where turning dominates the working day.

Service capability has to exist before the machine arrives. A harvester stopped for a week in a four-week harvest window is a failed investment, so we supply a critical spares package and train a local mechanic as part of the delivery on larger orders.

Commercial farms, farmer cooperatives and government programmes in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, Ghana and Sudan make up most demand. Machines ship with manuals, parts lists, spares and commissioning.
