The range covers manual and semi-automatic egg-laying machines, stationary hydraulic block machines, and automatic plants with pallet handling, from a few hundred blocks a shift to several thousand an hour. Moulds are supplied for hollow and solid blocks in the sizes your market builds with.

Mix design decides block strength far more than machine price does. Cement content, aggregate grading and water content together determine whether a block meets the specification, and a good machine fed a poor mix produces poor blocks consistently. Where a producer is starting out we would rather discuss the mix and the local aggregate than sell the largest machine in the catalogue.

Curing is the step most often skipped and it costs the most. Blocks stripped and stacked in the sun lose water too fast and never reach strength, however well they were pressed. A simple covered curing area with water is worth more to block quality than an upgrade in machine class.

Output should be matched to the market rather than the ambition. An automatic plant producing more blocks than the area absorbs ties up capital and sits idle.
