We supply fly ash brick plants to building material producers across South Asia, shipping through Chattogram and Colombo and overland into Nepal.
The range covers pan mixers and material handling, hydraulic presses from manual feed to fully automatic, autoclaved aerated concrete equipment where the product calls for it, curing chambers, and pallet and stacking systems.
The whole business case rests on the raw material. Fly ash is a by-product of coal-fired power generation, and a plant only works where a reliable supply is within economic haulage distance. Ash quality varies between stations and even between units, so a sample should be tested for fineness and carbon content before the plant is sized. A producer who secures the ash supply agreement first is in a far stronger position than one who buys the machine first.
Curing is not optional on this product. Fly ash bricks gain strength through a curing period that cannot be short-cut, and bricks sold too early arrive on site underspecified. Steam curing shortens the cycle where the investment is justified.
The regulatory direction across the region favours this product, with several authorities encouraging or mandating fly ash content in construction, which supports demand independently of price.
Building material producers in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal make up most enquiries. Plants are quoted with layout, power demand, mould sets, commissioning and operator training, and letters of credit are accepted on larger orders.
