Food Packing Machine

We manufacture food packing machines for processors, packers and distributors across Africa, quoted for the product and the pack format rather than from a model list.

The range covers vertical form fill seal machines for granules, powders and liquids, pillow packing machines, premade pouch fillers, cup filling and sealing, sachet and stick pack machines, bottle filling and capping, weighing and dosing systems including multihead weighers and auger fillers, date coders, shrink wrappers and carton sealers.

The product decides the machine, and this is where specifications go wrong most often. Free-flowing granules, sticky powders, oily pastes and light flakes each need a different dosing system and a different film specification, and a machine bought on price for one will not run the other. Equally important in this region is film availability: a machine designed around a film you cannot buy locally will sit idle, so we confirm what film you can source before finalising the sealing specification.

Maize meal, rice, pulses, sugar, spices, powdered milk, water and juice sachets account for most of the packing volume across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia. Sachet and pouch formats dominate because that is how the market buys.

Voltage and frequency are set for the site before build. Machines ship with change parts for the formats agreed, manuals, drawings and a spare parts list, with commissioning support available.
