Fruit Juice Making Machines

We manufacture fruit juice making machines and complete juice lines for producers and co-packers across South America, shipping through Santos, Callao and Guayaquil.

The range covers washing and elevation, destoning and destemming, crushing and pulping, enzymatic treatment tanks, decanters and finishers, filtration, deaeration, pasteurisers in tubular and plate configuration, homogenisers, blending and sugar dissolving systems, and filling into bottles, cartons or aseptic bags. Lines are quoted from one to twenty tonnes per hour of fruit intake.

Fruit dictates the machine. Citrus needs extraction that takes the juice without pressing bitterness out of the peel; mango and guava need pulping and refining with screen sizes chosen for fibre; passion fruit and berries behave differently again. Tell us the fruit, the seasonality and whether you are producing single strength juice, concentrate or nectar, and the line is configured from that rather than from a standard drawing.

Most of the volume we ship into Brazil, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia goes to producers with a domestic brand and an export ambition, which usually means the line has to satisfy two different quality regimes at once. Pasteurisation temperatures, hold times and CIP design are set accordingly, with 316 stainless on acidic product contact.

Projects are quoted with layout, utility demand, commissioning and operator training. Voltage and frequency are set for the installation site before build, and every line ships with drawings, manuals and a spare parts list.
