The compact, multipurpose design requires limited floor space and offers low noise operation and convenient handling. During operation, grains or seeds enter a feed hopper and are distributed uniformly by a feed roller. A controlled gate regulates the flow onto the upper sieve. Before reaching the sieve, the material passes through a primary aspiration stage that removes chaff, straw, dust and other lightweight impurities.
The material then passes through two sieve layers, which separate it according to width and thickness. Specially designed rubber balls help keep the sieve perforations clear, supporting continuous screening.
After screening, the cleaned or graded material passes through a final aspiration stage, where an upward airflow removes remaining lightweight particles. The finished product and separated impurities are discharged through individual chutes for collection.
