Meat Steak Machine

We manufacture steak forming and portioning equipment and export it to meat processors, hotel and catering suppliers, supermarket production units and food manufacturers across South Asia.

The range covers steak and patty forming machines, portion cutters with weight control, tenderisers and steak flatteners, moulding plates in round, oval and custom shapes, interleaving paper feeders, and the plates, knives and belts they consume.

Portion weight accuracy is the whole commercial case. A machine running two grams heavy on a 150 gram steak gives away over one per cent of production, which across a shift is a measurable loss that nobody sees because every individual portion looks correct. Machines with feedback weight control cost more and recover the difference quickly at any real volume.

Forming pressure changes the eating quality. Product pressed hard holds shape beautifully on the line and eats dense and rubbery; pressed gently it looks less uniform and eats far better. The right setting is a commercial decision between appearance and quality, and it should be made deliberately rather than left where the machine arrived.

Interleaving paper between portions is worth specifying at the order. Frozen portions without it weld into a block and are separated with a knife, which damages product and wastes time at the customer's end.
