Nugget Coating Equipment

We manufacture coating and breading equipment and export it to poultry processors, convenience food manufacturers and catering producers across South Asia, supplied as single machines or as complete coating lines.

The range covers predust applicators, batter applicators with submerger belts, breading and crumb machines, tempura coaters, batter mixers and chillers, continuous fryers and par-fryers, blanchers, and the belts, sieves and recirculation parts they consume.

Pickup rate is the control that decides both quality and cost. Coating is cheaper than meat, so a higher pickup lowers raw material cost per pack and raises it beyond a point where the product tastes of coating rather than chicken. Every producer has a target pickup percentage, and the line's job is to hit it consistently rather than to maximise it. We set the line up to a stated target and show the operators how to hold it.

Batter temperature governs viscosity, and viscosity governs pickup. A batter that warms through the shift thins out and pickup drifts down, which is why a chilled batter mixer is not an accessory on a line running more than a few hours.

Crumb recirculation keeps consumption down, but fines build up and change the finished texture, so a sieve and a top-up schedule matter.

Belt width through the line should be consistent from coater to fryer. A narrowing belt crowds product at the transfer and knocks coating off everything it touches.
