Seafood Processing Machine

We manufacture seafood processing machinery and export it to fish processors, export packers, cooperatives and fisheries authorities across Africa, supplied as single machines or as complete lines.

The range covers fish scaling machines, gutting and heading machines, filleting and skinning equipment, shrimp peelers and graders, squid and octopus processing machines, fish washing and grading systems, and the blades, belts and rollers they consume.

Species decides the machine far more than capacity does. A filleting machine set up for tilapia will not run Nile perch, and a header sized for sardine is useless on a larger pelagic. There is no general-purpose fish machine, which is why the first question on any enquiry is what species, at what size range, and in what proportion through the year. Send that and the specification follows; send a tonnage figure alone and the answer will be wrong.

Chilling is part of the processing line, not something that happens afterwards. Fish quality falls from the moment of capture and the processing room is usually where the most time is lost, so ice availability at every station matters as much as the machines between them.

Yield from a machine is always compared against hand filleting, and for irregular species hand work still wins. Machines pay where the size range is consistent.
