Shrink Packaging Machine
We manufacture shrink packaging equipment and export it in bulk to food processors, beverage bottlers, consumer goods manufacturers and distributors across South Asia.
The range covers L-bar sealers and chamber shrink machines, continuous side sealers, shrink tunnels with adjustable airflow and temperature zones, sleeve wrappers for bottle multipacks, vacuum shrink systems for meat and cheese, and the film, blades and heating elements they consume.
Film choice decides almost everything about the finished pack. Polyolefin shrinks evenly, stays clear and is the normal choice for retail food; PVC is cheaper, shrinks at a lower temperature and yellows with age; polyethylene is for heavy multipacks where appearance does not matter. A machine set up for one film runs poorly on another, so the film should be settled before the machine is specified.
Tunnel airflow matters more than tunnel temperature. Uneven airflow shrinks one side of a pack before the other, which drags the film and leaves the familiar wrinkled corner, and raising the temperature to fix it only burns through. Adjustable zone control is worth the extra.
Vacuum shrink bags for meat and cheese are a different process entirely, using hot water rather than a tunnel, and the equipment is not interchangeable.
Conveyor type through the tunnel matters for unstable packs. A roller conveyor lets small or tall items topple at the entry; a mesh belt carries them through upright.
Processors, bottlers and distributors in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar account for most demand, supplied with spare blades, elements and a starter film stock.
