Conveyor Equipment

We manufacture conveyors for packing and processing lines and export them in bulk and against tender to food plants, bottling operations, warehouses and distribution centres across Africa.

The range covers flat belt conveyors, modular plastic belt conveyors for washdown areas, stainless frames for food contact, incline and Z-belt elevators, accumulation and buffer tables, roller and gravity conveyors, spiral and rotary tables, and the belts, motors, bearings and guides they consume.

Conveyors are the part of a line that gets specified last and causes the most trouble. A plant buys the machines, works out the layout afterwards, and discovers that the elevation change between the filler and the sealer needs a conveyor nobody budgeted for. Sending the floor plan with the machine enquiry costs nothing and avoids that entirely.

Accumulation is what keeps a line running. Without a buffer between machines, a brief stop anywhere stops everything, so a few metres of accumulation either side of the slowest machine raises line efficiency more than upgrading any single machine would.

Belt material has to suit the washdown regime. A fabric belt in a wet area absorbs water, delaminates and harbours bacteria; modular plastic belting strips down and cleans properly, and individual damaged modules are replaced rather than the whole belt.

Frame material follows the same logic. Painted mild steel is fine in a dry warehouse and rusts from the weld seams outward in any wet process area.

Food plants and distribution operations in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania and Ethiopia make up most demand, quoted from your layout with spare belts and bearings.
