Horizontal flow Packing Machines

We manufacture high speed horizontal flow wrapping machines with automatic infeed and export them to food manufacturers, confectionery producers and consumer goods plants across South America.

The range covers servo-driven flow wrappers with automatic feeding chains, box motion sealing heads for hermetic packs, multi-lane and alignment infeed systems, gas flushing for extended shelf life, inverted film carriage, automatic splice units, and recipe-driven format changeover.

The difference between this and a basic pillow packer is the infeed and the control system rather than the wrapping principle. A flow wrapper with an automatic feeder takes product directly from an upstream process, aligns and spaces it, and wraps continuously at rates a hand-fed machine cannot approach. For a plant running one product in volume it is the right machine; for a bakery wrapping varied product in short runs, the simpler pillow packer listed separately usually makes more sense.

Servo control is what makes format changeover practical. On a mechanical machine a bag length change means changing parts; on a servo machine it is a recipe recall, and a plant running several products daily recovers the cost difference in changeover time alone.

Hermetic sealing with a box motion head is what allows gas flushing, and gas flushing is what extends shelf life. The three are specified together or not at all.
